I work with a small number of e-commerce brands at a time, because the useful part of this job is attention, and attention does not scale.

What I actually do

Paid ads. Meta, TikTok, Shopee Ads. Setup, diagnosis, and the weekly decisions in between.
Marketplace strategy. Pricing, catalogue, campaign calendar, and where the margin is quietly leaking.
Reporting you can act on. Not a dashboard screenshot. A short list of what changed and what to do about it.

A short call, then I look at the account before quoting anything.

Half the time the first finding is not an ads problem at all. I would rather say that up front than sell you a retainer for the wrong thing.
